At First Nautical Art, we ensure that every canvas print is custom-made with the highest quality. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
Return Eligibility

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return if your item arrives damaged or defective.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrectly ordered items are not accepted.
Accepted Return Reasons
We only accept returns if the item:
✅ Arrives damaged during shipping
✅ Has a manufacturing defect
If your item meets the conditions above, you are eligible for a return.
Return Process

Clear photos of the damage or defect

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection & Resolution – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

Ship a replacement at no extra cost, OR

Provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Refund & Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions

Signature Art and All Collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or personalized items.
