Return Policy

At First Nautical Art, we ensure that every canvas print is custom-made with the highest quality. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return if your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrectly ordered items are not accepted.

Accepted Return Reasons

We only accept returns if the item:
✅ Arrives damaged during shipping
✅ Has a manufacturing defect

If your item meets the conditions above, you are eligible for a return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email contact@1nauticalart.com within 15 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  2. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  3. Inspection & Resolution – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

    • Ship a replacement at no extra cost, OR

    • Provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Refund & Processing Time

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Signature Art and All Collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or personalized items.
