About
Jordan Dimitrov’s passion for marine sculpture began at just eight years old, shaping his artistic journey from an early age. Inspired by maritime history, fairy tales, and adventure, he specializes in creating unique, handcrafted sculptures that bring these stories to life.
He graduated with distinguished honors from Shumen University, Bulgaria, earning a Master of Fine Arts. His work has been widely exhibited, including gallery exhibitions in Shumen, Sofia, Bulgaria; Copenhagen, Denmark; and Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Newport Beach, California. His sculptures are also featured in private collections across the United States, Italy, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Turkey (Antalya), Barbados, Aruba, and Bulgaria.
Jordan was a featured artist at The Festival of Arts of Laguna Beach, since 2015, and was honored to serve as a juror for The Festival of Arts.

Captain Elias Mercer – Private Yacht Collector
Elias, a retired naval officer, commissioned a handcrafted ship sculpture reflecting a 17th-century merchant vessel. He wanted a museum-quality centerpiece for his maritime collection. Jordan meticulously crafted the model, incorporating historical details and weathered textures, bringing the vessel’s story to life.
The Blue Tide Resort – Luxury Coastal Hotel
A high-end beachfront resort sought custom maritime-themed paintings to enhance their lobby and suites. Jordan designed a series of large-scale oceanic murals featuring historic sailing ships and dramatic seascapes, perfectly capturing the resort’s nautical elegance and connecting guests to the sea.
A passionate collector of historical Japanese ships commissioned Jordan to create a detailed handcrafted model of the Nippon Maru, a legendary Japanese training ship. Seeking an authentic representation with traditional craftsmanship, the collector collaborated closely with Jordan to ensure every detail—from the intricate rigging to the aged wood finish—captured the essence of the original vessel. The final piece became a centerpiece in a private maritime collection, showcasing the rich history of Japanese naval design.
